We're not a tech company. Is AI really for us?
Most of our clients have under 50 employees and no IT staff. If your team spends time on email, paperwork, scheduling, or answering the same questions repeatedly, there's almost certainly something worthwhile to automate.
What happens to our data?
We favor business‑grade tools that don't train on your data, keep sensitive information inside systems you control, and document exactly where everything flows. For regulated fields (health, legal, finance) we design around your compliance requirements.
Can a state grant pay for this?
Possibly, for the training part. Massachusetts businesses with 100 or fewer employees in the state that pay into state unemployment insurance can apply to the Workforce Training Fund Express Program, which reimburses up to 100% of an approved course: up to $3,000 per person per course and $15,000 per year. Grants cover training, not building automations. We'll walk you through the published criteria and help you prepare your application; Commonwealth Corporation makes all eligibility and funding decisions.
Will AI replace my staff?
That's not our goal. We take the tedious parts off your team's plate so they can spend time on customers and higher‑value work.
What are the ongoing costs?
Most solutions run on subscriptions you'd pay directly — often $20–$200/month. We'll give you a clear estimate before anything is built, and you own the accounts.
Why "local"?
Because AI adoption is a people problem as much as a tech one. Sitting with your team, seeing how work really happens, and being a short drive away when something needs tweaking makes all the difference.
